Krikit was hurt by the attack instead, making them shake a bit from the momentum of the attack, but otherwise, they were unmoved.
The flame burst hit the Buizel, who despite being resistant against the type, still yelped from pain, "Now, like your assumption about me being a thief," they looked smug, "Your assumptions about seriously hurting me are also wrong!" he yelled, using Swift again to hit both pokemon.

"I'm so sorry about this, Krikit," Jackson apologized to his friend, "Justvhold up a bit longer, ok?"
Jackson remained huddled behind Krikit. He used Agility to help speed the bug up so he could attack first and allow Jackson to follow up with Bite.
"Well, you're in for a whopper if a surprise, the, you dirty thief!"

Krikit began shaking furiously, his body unable to hold in any of the energy that they had collected during their wait. Finally, the white energy was released, heading straight for the Buizel. Realizing that they could use another attack, they did the most intimidating growl they could muster.
The Buizel was hit back by the pent up energy, causing them to fall back, "Ha, good one..." they said, getting themselves back up, "But not as good as this!" they yelled, using agility to speed themselves up as well, before using Swift again in the same turn to hit both pokemon.

The stars cut Jackson as he charged at the Buizel. He teeth glowed blue as he readied another Bite.
"You're pretty stubborn ," the Growlithe observed. He had reached the Buizel and attempted to Bite him, then jumped back and used Bite once more.

"Why, thank you- determination is a trait I've always been proud of." the Buizel said, but immediately felt the damage of the Growlithe's bite. Along with being damaged, they flinched, unable to attack.
Since it worked so well the last time, the Krikitot figured that they might as well use bide again. Krikit glowed white once again- but this time, would their body be able to take the hits?

Jackson, out of the corner of his eye, saw Krikit glow with energy once more. The Growlithe didn't think his friend could take anymore hits.
"Determination is a good trait to have," Jackson responded, "Although using it to be a thief is not."
Jackson used Agility once more to gain more speed. He wanted to run circles around this guy. He run up towards the Buizel and tried to Bite him, sprinted past him, turned around, and sprinted for the Buizel once again. Jackson again tried to use Bite before he sprinted back over to Krikit. Jackson pulled an Oran Berry from his bag and placed it in his friend's hand.
"This should heal you up," Jackson said as he ducked behind the Krikit once more.
(What are the Buizel's, Krikit's, and my current health look like as well as the Buizel's stats)

Krikit quickly ate the Oran berry, "Thank you."
Krikit began to worry. The Buizel hadn't attacked him in a while. But the water type now recovered from his flinching and glared at the pair. The damage had been serious to him and he was about to fall.
"You're going to wish you hadn't done that," he shouted as he threw another Swift at them. Krikit took the blow once more. Now he was going to get some damage in. The Buizel used Swift again and Krikit took even more damage, but he stayed upright.
"You're going to regret that," Krikit shouted at the thief.
Jackson worried for his new friend. He was glad to see the Krikitot still standing up right. Once the Swifts have stopped, Jackson jumped out and used Bite on the thief. He ran past him and ran up to him again. Jackson bit down hard on the Buizel's neck, critically hitting him. The Buizel stared in shock as he collapsed in pain and fell unconscious. Jackson stood breathing deeply, glad it was over. He turned to his glowing friend, who now unleashed the energy, but didn't hit anything. Jackson laughed. Krikit looked at him curiously.
"What do we do now," he asked.
"We leave. You don't have to stay here, you know. I heard about this new delivery service that opened and they are hiring. I guess they could use a receptionist," Jackson responded. Krikit nodded at the Growlithe.
"Sounds like a plan. Your welcome for the help."
"Thank you, my friend. I'll be sure to visit!'
And with that, the two left the dungeon and went their separate ways.
(With that, this thread is finished.)
