What's the policy on Move Tutor moves? I'd like to have Fire Pledge from X & Y as it's a nice move for teamwork.

Fire Pledge: Type: Fire Category: Special Power: 80 PP: 10 Accuracy: 100% Extra: If used in the same turn as grass pledge it will deal double damage and do 1/8 of every non fire type enemy Pokemon's HP stat every turn in damage.

If used with water pledge it deals double damage and comes out as water pledge leaving a rainbow on the user's side of the field that doubles the probability of secondary effects.

All of that does require another Pokemon to use a pledge move at the same time which is quite rare.

Appearance: Standard looking Torchic although slightly shorter.

Alignment: Neutral Good

Personality: Quite hyper active but can stop and be patient when required. He attempts to be kind and generous to those he meets but has a considerably short temper.

Bio: He never met his Mother or Father but grew up with another orphan, a Flareon. They tried to survive by working as a pair and getting food and helping one another in any way they could until they both managed to lose each other in a mystery dungeon they stumbled into, through that adventure both of them found a new love and decided to split paths and head out on their own adventures.

I'm not a mod yet, but fire pledge sounds pretty useless unless someone else has a pledge. Same as Sal's assist when going solo. So you might wanna loosen the requirements a tiny bit;

EG when my character sal uses assist, everyone's movepool is fair game rather than just his and a friends.

Also the name needs to be filled in.

But as we do have simultanious active characters, I think yes, you can use teamwork moves.

Also Fire Pledge is pretty useful even without someone with a pledge move, with 80 power and 100 accuracy it's no flamethrower but it's still pretty good especially considering it's as powerful as Oblivion Wing although it doesn't have the healing effect.

Hmmm, I'm not a moderator, but I'd like to look at this app and review it a little bit for you. I'm a perfectionist so this might take awhile.

Watch out for grammar errors. Not too many, but I'm pretty sure "Mother" and "Father" shouldn't have their first letters capitalized. As for residence, you might wanna specify which town. I'm pretty sure 'outside' doesn't count. I believe this is where characters may reside: Dungeons and Towns. You're also well under the move points, so I guess if the mods come back you should be almost certainly be accepted.

Thank you for being honest. Whether or not I'm under the limit is irrelevant but as I'm saying Mother and Father as a name rather than a title it has a capital.
E.G

"She's a mother now!"
"Can we go to the shops Mother?"

I know outside isn't very specific but what other description could I give to say that my character wanders between places generally sleeping outdoors?
