Appearance: Rayne is a Fennekin almost like any other, except with only a couple minor differences. Firstly, her eyes are a deep emerald-green instead of their usual red. Also, she wears a red anklet on her right hind leg, never removing it.

Alignment: Lawful Good (Sometimes strays into Chaotic Neutral)
Personality: Rayne is a complicated Pokemon, nice to everyone she meets, but at the same time cold and calculating. She acts kind to others, and she's usually not faking her kindness either, but it's as if she is constantly keeping an eye on everyone around her. Whenever some one does something she thinks is wrong, she might switch from warm and kind to cold and even ruthless. This can be very surprising for some, who may know her for years without knowing she is like this, until they suddenly see a darker side of her who is not unwilling to take what others would consider extreme actions. This does not make her evil, however, as she only acts this way when she feels threatened in a way she can't otherwise take care of. On the whole, though, Rayne is very kind, and seeks company with other Pokemon to be friends with.
Bio: Only two years ago, when Rayne was 18, she was happily living with her family and her boyfriend, Leon. In her family was her mother, a Delfox named Rya, and her father, an Arcanine named Hiru. Leon was an Eevee whom Rayne had known most of her life. Rayne was just getting ready to leave her home to live with Leon, seeing as she was old enough to live apart from her parents, when their home was attacked by outlaws. Leon had told Rayne to flee and find a safe place, so she had run away in an attempt to escape. She planned on meeting up with Leon in a secret hiding place the two had discovered when they were younger, but he never arrived. Hoping to find him, Rayne returned to her home to find it had been decimated, with no trace of her family or her love.
Rayne searched fruitlessly for a year and a half before finally realizing that they were gone. So she only recently decided to settle in Flower Hill, where she would get a nice home, then create or join a team to hunt down outlaws so no one else would have to endure her pain. By now she's mostly recovered from this horrible event, but she dislikes talking about it, and will probably give only lies and half-truths to Pokemon asking about her history. Now, upon settling in Flower Hill, she's discovered that she has a new-found crush on an Eevee named Thoubaid. So far she has kept a respectful distance, never truly approaching him, but now she feels a sudden urge to get to know him and be friends with him.

Other:Rayne's anklet was made for her by her father, who had made a similar one for her mother. It has no effect and little to no physical value, but Rayne never even thinks about removing it for a second, as it is one of the last ties to her parents.
-Well, I hope I did well. I tried to be creative with the back story, but if it's too assuming or needs to be changed, I can think up something different if needed.
Also, just a side note, Sunny Day, Psybeam, and Flame Charge are Naturally Learned moves for Rayne, and Heat Wave is an Egg Move inherited from her father.
