On Legendaries

As you may notice, the rules state that if you are able to make a legendary, it can't be a demigod one. That is rather unclear, because they're all kind of demigods. I've decided to list out the Allowed and Banned legendaries.

I do think Jirachi should be banned, the ability to grant any wish is too overpowering.
