A glameow, or, something of the sort, sat in a clearing between buildings. He was surrounded by all sorts of mechanical devices. He was leaning heavilly to his right. There was a reason for that. His left front leg was missing. In it's place was a mechanical stub that looked something like a cat's sholder, and seemed to click into the larger of the other devices, which was dented severely.
The glameow held a screwdriver in his mouth, and several wires from the detatched device in his paw, which he supported some of hs weight on the back of. It all looked rather akward, especially for a proud glameow. Some pokemon had gathered in confusion to watch. A chimchar touched one of the wires, and the glameow let out a fierce hiss. The chimchar dropped the part and ran.
The glameow smiled slightly. it was neither a pleased one nor a threatening one, but rather a reverse grimace at the fact that he had become more entangled in the wires.

Legend stopped through the port, Not out of anger or frustration but the fact Legend was so heavy, Despite being only half the weight of a normal Metagross he was still heavy, Legend continued on and then awkwardly turned to go down the ally, then saw the Glameow working on the device, His eye glowed into a brighter shade of red, It was Almost as if Legend was analyzing it

"Come to gawk at ole' three-legs, have you?" Salthekwer asked, noting the large pokemon had stopped nearby and was staring. He said this in a joking, but not taunting manner, as if to amuse himself more than to make a point. The shiny glamw had a rather deep, rolling voice (reminesce of Will shatner nowadays,) that carried a lot of assertiveness and authority to it.
Suddenly losing interest, the glameow passed the screwdriver from his mouth to his tail, and leaned the metal "sholder" onto one of the devices. It clicked shut. 'so now at least I have part of an arm...' he muttered quietly, Drawing one of the smaller pieces forewards with the side of his long, prehensile tail pressed to the ground.
Suddenly, he lost balance and fell onto the device with a loud, flesh-on-metal chime. there was a small hiss of pain as the old pokemon attempted to right himself, unsuccessfully at first.

the Metagross had no idea what 'Come to Gawk at' meant but he continued to anylize and found out it was some sort of leg (As if it was not clear) and studied the Glameow more, until he some how fell, when Legend saw that the Glameow could not get up, He used his physic powers to life him up and put him right side up

The glameow just... sort-of... stood there, dumbfounded. He paused for an eirily akward amount of time, before the glameow began to return to piecing together his metalic leg. He winced as the device snapped together to form a sturdy paw, before tenatively flexing the defice, drawing the claws into and out of the toes of the paw and pressing it down against the ground, putting his full weight on it momentarilly.
Ther was an undignified mewl of pain when the "catty" pokemon returned his weight to his right side, and to those to his left it was obvious why: a scar had reopened near the area to which the device was attatched. Once the leg was fully reassembled, the glameow looked cautiously at legend.
He had no idea what legend was. He had never seen a metagross. In fact, he had scarsely ever seen a living steel type pokemon before, and never a psychic type. He had absolutely no snappy old-time soldiar response to this.

(I hate it when a part of the post fails to click. Well, editing done.)
Another Pokemon had entered the scene. On the wall of a near building was a Froakie. It was nice to have a sticky substance on your body sometimes. River was looking at the scene which he had just recently discovered. He wasn't exactly hiding, so much as he just didn't know how to approach this. Breaking the ice was never his strong suite, and this felt more awkward than usual.
From what he gathered, the Glameow had some mechanical leg he had just repaired. That was the best answer he could think of. There was also that Metagross. He seemed harmless enough, but you can never be sure with those guys. Besides, that Glameow didn't give off a friendly vibe either way. Still, If River was spotted on the wall like that, he would probably look pretty suspicious.
River took a moment to prepare himself before climbing down the wall and approaching the feline. He was just a tad nervous. Normally, he didn't care what others thought of him, but this guy just gave River chills for some reason. He spoke up with the best he could do towards a friendly smile, which honestly wasn't bad, but still showed a hint of nervousness. "Um, hey there. I kinda noticed you have trouble there... I mean, I see it's fixed now, but I thought you know, if you need anything else, maybe I could help or... um..." Well, that didn't exactly come out as planned.
