It was another peaceful day in Neiville Port, and most importantly, Baybon Cliff. Sealia Feblie's brother was out again, guiding a Fire-Type Exploration Team through the shallow shores. It was their first time near water without a traumatic experience, so Sealia figured it'd be a really long afternoon for them and her alike. The Shiny Frillish was messing around with items she found on the beach, such as a conch shell and an abandoned Dwebble shell. She had brought a pen and some paper with her, but she didn't feel like drawing. The bored jellyfish held the shell up to her ear, and heard a sound similar to the ocean beside her. However, she was on the shore anyways, so it didn't matter, since she could hear the waves crashing on the sand anyways.
It was rather drab and boring, waiting for her brother and the exploration team to return. It had been two hours and still she was still unsure of what to do. Something then caught her eye.
A bottle appeared across from the Floating Pokemon. She hopped from her side of the beach and crossed over to the next side, and put her front tentacles out, grabbing the bottle carefully, and corked the bottle, although it took her quite a bit. Sealia finally took off the stray bottle's cap, and pulled out the note inside.

Dearest Reader...
I'd like to inform you of a little something; a little story that you'd might enjoy.
Once upon a time, there were two rulers. They loved each other so, and were magnificent monarchs. Their bodies were rumored to be a different color, and they glimmered day in and day out.
Everyone admired their humility and grace on the throne, ruling with equality and joy, keeping the kingdom balanced.
One day, an evil Pokemon with a heart as black as a starless night came into the kingdom. He devastated the kingdom as it slowly fell apart, and it lost many lives. The rulers were where, you ask? They were missing. The Pokemon who entered the kingdom had silently and single-handedly whisked them away into a land of nightmares, and molded the kingdom into his own vision; a land of sadness and devastation. The empire then somehow disappeared, and was never seen again, and no Pokemon wants to see it again.
Fate tells that one day a band of unprepared heroes will find the kingdom and bring it back to it's proper glory, and bring back the previous rulers from the nightmarish plain.

This wondrous and sad story then gave an idea to the troubled Shiny Frillish. "Your Mysterious Writer..." The name had a certain ring to it, and rolled off the tongue. Holding the bottle with the story inside it in tentacle, Sealia Feblie hopped back to where she originally stood, and took out the pen and wrote a note on some of her paper, retelling the story. She finally completed the note, when she realized.... She had no bottle to put in to secure it's trip through the ocean. The silly Frillish rushed to her house, and brought back a bottle. She rolled up the paper, and whisked it into the ocean, watching carefully as the bottle was washed away, and moved out into the ocean....
