1. You must submit a complete application. If a section is unable to be filled, then just put something like 'N/A'. Also title the thread with the name of the character! Please don't decorate the title, as it makes it hard to organize it if it's accepted.
2. You can have as many OCs as you like!
3. You can't mention other OCs that aren't yours in your character's background without the player's permission first.
4. Your character has to be original, as in you can't copy someone else's character. It's one thing to base a character off of another, and then there's copying everything about them.
However, you are allowed to create a 'canon' character from elsewhere as a pokemon, so long as you state that they are said character.
5. Characters should follow any restrictions and guidelines mentioned in the Character Forms.
7. You cannot play a character until they're accepted!
8. If you're posting an incomplete form, put something in the title to signify that it is imcomplete, and once it's done remove said signification.
