Here is where you can ask about what items do, and where you can read what some items do. Please note that some items will do different things here than what they do in the games.
Gummis - Instead of improving IQ like they do in the games, here they will change your stats. However, be warned that some gummis will lower some stats.
Protein - Boots strength 1-5 points
Calcium - Boosts special 1-5 points
Zinc - Boosts cleverness 1-5 points
Iron - Boosts endurance and evasiveness 1-5 points
Nectar - Boosts luck 1-5 points
X-Ray Specs - Gives user a 10% accuracy boost towards moves.
Lockon Specs - Gives 10% accuracy to items that do damage (ie, throw for damage items and blast seeds)
Joy Ribbon - Boosts the chance of being able to learn a new move after defeating an enemy by 10%
Warp Seed - when eaten, warps the pokemon to a differently generated situation. Has a 50% chance of instantly warping to stairs.
Special Band - Boosts special by 2 when held.
Corsola Twig - Does 5x damage of special stat, but has a 60/100 chance of hitting.
Silence Orb - Gives enemies muzzled status, making the enemy unable to use any moves that involve their voice.
Friend Bow - adds a 10% chance of convincing enemies to fight or befriending them.
