Finally, you're here. You've been looking for an item with specific effects, but to no avail, as you haven't been able to find anything like it. You did hear of a pokemon that can make such items, and for a price, can make what you desire. The hard part was actually finding this pokemon, though...
You've managed to come upon a lair underground, but where is he? He couldn't have moved, could he?
"Hey, what're you doin' here!?" You hear a voice yell behind you, and you quickly turn to see a Sandslash... with a beard?
"... Ah. Items. That's what you want, right?" the Sandslash says, nodding, "Well, hurry it up! Tell me, tell meee!" he says eagerly, and pokes at you with his claws.
Stepping back, you tell him the item you request.
"Hmm... Yes siree... I'd say this needs some..." he says the items required, "... So, get'movin'! Those things ain't gettin themselves!" he says. You'd think that he'd have his own materials..., but wanting the item, you move away, going to collect them- however, the Sandslash stops you.
"Don't forget about that 50 poke you owe me! For every level it goes up, you gotta give me more poke! And items! Lots more items!" he says, although as you leave, you can't recall a price ever being discussed.
So, here, you can request custom items to be made for your characters! You just need to provide a description of them item, including what the item does.
When the item is first created, it will start at level 1, meaning that the effect it was created with is weak- like an item meant to increase speed may only do so once in awhile. As you upgrade your custom items (and you may only upgrade custom items here), the effects are strengthened.
Once you give a description, a set of items needed to create the item will be given, as well as how they can be obtained if that information is needed. There's also a base price of 50- as the custom item's levels are increased, the price will increase, and the items more challenging to get. The upgrade price will be the next level of the item times 50.
